All our sunglasses, across every collection, are guaranteed to provide 100% UVA and UVB protection (UV400). This ensures maximum safety for your eyes against harmful solar radiation.

Standard lenses reduce overall light intensity. Polarized lenses do this and also include a special filter that eliminates glare reflected off horizontal surfaces (like water, snow, and roads). Polarized lenses are highly recommended for driving and water sports for improved clarity and reduced eye strain.

We provide detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, temple length) on every product page under the 'Size & Fit' tab. As a general guide, rounder faces suit angular frames (like square), and square faces suit softer, rounder frames.

Always rinse your lenses with lukewarm water first to remove debris. Use a mild soap or the provided cleaning spray, and dry gently with the microfiber cloth included with your purchase. Avoid using paper towels or abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the coatings.

Yes, we use high-quality materials. Our metal frames are often made from corrosion-resistant alloys, and our acetate frames are premium, hand-polished cellulose acetate known for its strength, flexibility, and deep luster.

Return & Refund questions

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth.

To start a return, please visit our 'Returns Portal' linked at the bottom of our website, or email our support team at [support@yourwebsite.com]. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds typically take an additional 3-10 business days to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

For returns based on change of mind or wrong size ordered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing final sale items.

Shipping Details questions

We offer Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) and Express Shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We often offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific value (e.g., $100).

Yes, we proudly ship our sunglasses worldwide to most countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country upon arrival.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

We typically process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be slightly longer during major holiday sales.
